Ultrassure Demo Offer: Terms and Conditions
Last updated October 26, 2026. By booking a demo through this page, you agree to these terms.
- Sponsor. Ultrassure Inc., 100 King St W, Toronto, ON M5X 1A9, Canada (“Ultrassure”).
- Offer period. The offer starts November 2, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends January 29, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. ET, or earlier once 50 gifts have been confirmed. Your demo must be booked and completed within the offer period.
- The gift. One pair of Apple AirPods Pro 3 (approximate retail value US$249, C$329 or £219, depending on your country). Instead, you may ask Ultrassure to donate the same amount to a registered charity in your country that you nominate and Ultrassure approves.
- Who is eligible. You must:
- be of the age of majority where you live;
- live and work in the United States, Canada (excluding Quebec) or the United Kingdom;
- work for an insurer, reinsurer, MGA, broker or insurance-linked investment firm, in an underwriting, contracts, operations, legal, finance, technology or leadership role with influence over contract-workflow tools;
- book with your business email address and attend on behalf of a verifiable company.
- Who is not eligible.
- Current Ultrassure customers.
- Organizations in an active RFP, pilot, trial or contract negotiation with Ultrassure.
- Anyone who has received an Ultrassure gift in the past 12 months.
- Employees of any government, regulator, public body or state-owned entity.
- Staff who handle individual claims.
- Anyone whose employer prohibits or limits accepting this gift.
- Employees of Ultrassure or its competitors, and their immediate families.
- How to qualify. Book through this page, then attend the full live demo (about 30 minutes) with an Ultrassure team member. Booking alone, no-shows and leaving early don't qualify. A rescheduled demo must still take place within the offer period.
- Limits. One gift per person and one per company; the first qualifying demo counts. Gifts can't be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with other Ultrassure offers.
- No obligation. The gift is a thank-you for your time. No purchase, commitment or decision is required or implied, and accepting it has no effect on any current or future commercial discussion.
- Your employer’s rules. By accepting, you confirm your employer’s policies allow it. If you’re unsure, choose the donation or decline the gift. Ultrassure may withhold a gift if it reasonably believes accepting it could breach a law or policy.
- Delivery. Ultrassure will confirm eligibility by email within 5 business days of your demo. The gift ships to the business or home address you provide within 30 days of confirmation; donations are made within the same period. Ultrassure isn’t responsible for deliveries lost because of an incorrect address.
- Substitution. If the gift is unavailable, Ultrassure may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
- Taxes. You’re responsible for any taxes on the gift.
- Verification and fraud. Ultrassure decides eligibility and may verify your identity, role and company, for example through your business domain or LinkedIn profile. Fraudulent, automated or duplicate bookings may be disqualified.
- Changes. Ultrassure may change, suspend or end the offer at any time where permitted by law. Gifts already confirmed will be honoured.
- Privacy. Ultrassure uses your details to run the offer and deliver your gift, under its Privacy Policy. You’ll only get emails about the offer and your demo unless you separately opt in to marketing. Records are kept as long as needed for tax and audit purposes.
- Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Ultrassure’s liability is limited to the gift’s retail value.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
- Trademarks. AirPods and AirPods Pro are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions. Apple is not a participant in or sponsor of this offer and does not endorse Ultrassure.
